Part of NationAir's executive team since 2008, Neal oversees the financial, accounting, insurance, human resources, and information technology aspects of the company. A certified public accountant, he holds a master's degree in business administration from Northern Illinois University and a bachelor's degree in accounting from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He belongs to the Illinois CPA Society and is past treasurer of the Brother Louie and Fannie Roncoli Foundation in Elk Grove Village, Ill.
Prior to joining NationAir, Neal served as chief financial officer for a manufacturing firm. He also owned a consulting firm specializing in accounting software, which gives him a keen understanding of the entrepreneurial nature of many of NationAir's clients.
Married with four children ranging from teens to young adults, Neal enjoys baseball, tennis and vintage table hockey, along with practicing his near-fluent Spanish.
